Fincura, Inc. (Fincura) announced today that Robert Bertagna has been appointed to the company's Board of Directors.
Bertagna joins the Fincura Board of Directors with over 35 years of experience in financial services. Most recently, he has served as the Vice Chairman of Macquarie Capital and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory in New York. During his career, he also led Industrials groups at Macquarie Capital, Barclays Capital, and Lehman Brothers.
Bertagna currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Union College in upstate New York and as the CEO of Minerva Ventures. Bertagna earned his BA in Economics from Union College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
